You can register your Surf Camp, School, Rentals, Boat, Hotel, House... or any other services related with Surfing, all under just one user!
This platform was built by surfers and is used by surfers! This means that all Listings are carefully reviewed by our Team before going online, so any random products not related with surfing will not be published.

To create your Listing you just need to introduce all the requested information, prices and upload photos of your property and services.

- Average Time for Registration & Listing: 20 - 30 mins
- Average Time for Reviewing & Publishing: 2 - 3 days

3 IMPORTANT TIPS FOR A GOOD LISTING :
- Make sure you fill ALL the fields required! (Otherwise the registration process may not be validated)
Also if you fill ALL the fields, it won't give you any errors. Please note that once you complete the "Content" tab, 2 other tabs are automatically generated ("Prices" and "Album"). You must complete those also.
Again, if you complete ALL the fields, no error report will show up, unless your internet connection is really bad.

- Upload a good selection of 30 photos. More than that is just boring to see...
Make sure you upload photos of the rooms, bathrooms, interior and exterior facilities, surrounding landscape, the surf lessons, the waves, the atmosphere...
PS - The first photo will be your main cover! Choose it wisely.

- The texts of your Listing must be original. They can NOT be copied from another website or from your own website. Google does not like this and both our website and yours will be downgraded by it, if they are copies from another place.
Basically you just need to write the same things but in other words. The more you work on this aspect, the better the results.
When changing, please include more content with a better description of the destination, surf spots and most of all about the accommodation. Please write as if you were persuading people to come to your place.

Surfinn Listing Terms & Conditions


By listing your property or service on Surfinn, you accept our Listing Terms and Conditions and you certify that you will follow your country’s applicable laws and regulations.

Since you are responsible for your own decision to list your property/service or accept reservations, you should get comfortable with the following rules before listing on Surfinn.

- Our site, application and services comprised in an online platform can be used by you (Owner of property/service) to create public listings available to customers who may learn about and book your property/service directly with you.
- By accessing or using Surfinn platform or posting any content, you are indicating that you have read, and that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, then you have no right to access or use the platform. If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms and, in such event, "you" and "your" will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.
- You understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility of the content provided by you on your Listing and you also assume the entire risk arising from your use of Surfinn’s platform.
- Surfinn’s platform is intended to facilitate customers booking your property/service. Therefore, Surfinn does not assume any responsibility on the content contained in any listings nor the condition, legality or suitability of any property/service. Accordingly, any bookings will be made or accepted at the Owner’s own risk.
It’s important that you check and make sure that all information (prices, packs, services, property/service and all given information) is correct before accepting any reservation.
- The Owners are solely responsible for honoring any confirmed bookings and making available any Property/services reserved through the platform.
- Surfinn is not a party to any agreements entered into between Owner and customer, nor is Surfinn a real estate broker, agent or insurer. Surfinn has no control over the conduct of Owners, customers and other users of the site, application and services or any property/services, and disclaims all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Surfinn platform is in continuous development and improvement. Therefore, Surfinn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Surfinn platform or to modify these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will provide you with email notice of the modification. By continuing to access or use the Surfinn platform after we have notified you of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and fees. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using our Site, Application and Services.
- Surfinn platform is intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the platform by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

How it works…
Our goal was to create the most simple and efficient booking system for Owners of properties who host surfers and non-surfers and services related with surfing.
All the following communication between Surfinn and the Owner of a property/service is done by email. All the following emails during the Reservation process are automatically generated by Surfinn platform.

- If you receive a Booking Requested for your property/service, you will be required to either confirm or reject the booking request by clicking “Yes” (to Accept) or “No” (to Decline) on the provided links.
You need to answer within the Booking Request Period (24 hours), otherwise the booking request will expire.
On that Booking Request, we will share with you all the necessary information about customers and a reservation summary.
Other customer’s personal information like name, email, telephone or any identification features will only be sent to you after reservation confirmation.
- If you accept a Booking Request for your property/service, the customer will be asked to pay the Reservation Caution within the Confirmation Request Period (48 hours). Once the Reservation Caution is paid, the reservation gets automatically confirmed and you’ll receive an automatic email with Reservation Confirmation!
Basically you just need to click “Yes” or “No” and wait for customer’s payment.
On the Reservation Confirmation email, we will share with you all customer’s personal information like name, email, telephone or any identification features along with all the reservation information.
- During the Confirmation Request Period you should put your property/service “on hold” for a limited period while customer pays the Reservation Caution. If meanwhile, by any reason, your availability changes or your capacity of providing that service changes, please immediately click “NO” on the provided link.
- Once a reservation is confirmed (payment of reservation caution by customer), you can’t cancel that reservation. If you cancel a confirmed reservation, Surfinn may apply penalties or consequences to your Listing, including less visibility in our website, newsletter, social media and all sorts of advertising or even the exclusion of the Listing in case of repeated action.
- Surfinn will only collect the Reservation Caution after the Owner acceptance of the Booking Request. It’s important that you check and make sure that all information is correct (prices, packs, services, property/service and all given information) before accepting any reservation.
- Each Owner agrees that a Reservation caution payment made by a Customer through Surfinn platform, shall consider that reservation as Confirmed.
This Reservation Caution amount charged is Surfinn’s commission.
- On average, we work with 20% commission. This is the percentage we strongly recommend you to insert.
We work with this percentage with most of the surf camps/hotels/resorts/houses/services.
By selecting a lower percentage, you'll have less visibility in our website, newsletter, social media and all sorts of advertising.
Remember: This is also the amount you will receive in case of No-shows or Last Minute cancelations.
- This percentage will be asked to customers as reservation caution. Once it is paid, the reservation is confirmed and you’ll be immediately notified by email. That email notification will also send you all the necessary information about customers and a reservation summary.
- It is your responsibility to charge directly to clients the 80% Remaining Amount directly to customers (or whatever the commission settled). You understand and agree that you may not request the Customer to pay a higher price than in the booking request.
- Customers can change their reservation up to 15 days before arrival free of any charge, upon availability of your property/service.
- Customers can cancel their reservation up to 15 days before arrival free of any charge. If they cancel less than 15 days before arrival or in the case of No-Show, we will charge them a cancellation penalty and retain the reservation caution which goes entirely to you!
This way you’re entitled to receive 20% of the total reservation as compensation (or whatever the commission settled).
All listings should follow our Standard Booking & Cancellation Policy as described above. Some exceptions to this Policy may apply to Boats, Hotels, Resorts and group reservations.
- That compensation value shall be paid to you by bank transfer or PayPal transfer, the way you find most convenient.
- All transfer costs and foreign currency processing costs in currencies other than Euros, shall be assumed by you. These costs will be deducted from the compensation value.
 The compensation value itself can also be deduct on the next reservation commission, avoiding this way paying any fees or exchange rates. It’s up to you!
- All payments will be done only after receiving an invoice from you.
- Surfinn may round up or round down amounts to the nearest half functional base unit in which the currency is denominated (e.g. to the nearest dollar, euro or other supported currency); for example, Surfinn will round up an amount of €201.50 to €202.00 and €201.49 to €201.00.
- Surfinn’s online platform facilitates bookings between customers and Owners of property/service who may prefer to pay or receive payments in different currencies. Not all currencies are available in our platform.
Each foreign currency conversion is processed at a conversion rate that naturally will vary from time to time. Surfinn updates the Base Exchange Rate on a regular basis, but not on a real-time basis. In particular, we do not always change the Base Exchange Rate immediately when its costs of foreign exchange change. Accordingly, the Base Exchange Rate may not be identical to the applicable market rate in effect at the specific time a foreign currency conversion is processed.
- The Remaining Amount you will charge to customers must be the one agreed on the moment of reservation confirmation, despite any possible and natural change on the conversion rate occurred meanwhile.

- As an Owner, you may create several Listings if you have different properties and services related with surfing. To create a Listing, you will be asked a variety of questions about the property/service to be listed, including, but not limited to, the location, capacity, pricing, features, etc. Listings will be made publicly available at Surfinn platform.

- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit, refuse to publish or remove any Listing without notice. 
Customers will be able to book your property/service on our platform based upon the information provided in your Listing.
- You (Owner) should create listings that are honest, clear, and helpful to potential customers. Therefore, we prohibit:
1. Advertising or other commercial content.
2. Mention the commercial name of your property/service on public texts in our website. The commercial name and all the detailed information about your property/service will be sent to costumers only after reservation confirmation.
3. Content that approves or promotes illegal or harmful activity or violence, or is discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, obscene or profane.
4. Religious, political, or social commentary.
5. Pretend to be another property/service.
6. Content that is false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive.
7. Content that violates another person, property, service or entity’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights or honor.
- We reserve the right to remove content, in whole or part, that violates these Surfinn Listing Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason that we consider of bad conduct or damaging to our company.
In the event of repeated or severe violations, we may suspend or cancel your listing(s). Surfinn's determination on whether any specific content is prohibited will be final and conclusive.
Remember that the more honest and accurate you are in your descriptions, the better!
- We reserve the right to edit content, in whole or part, in case of typos or of site engine optimization.
- Surfinn’s mission is to facilitate the promotion and reservation of your property/service. Thus, once confirmed the reservation, the person(s) who did it become your customer(s) and it is your responsibility to ensure hosting/compliance of service according to the description of your property/service listed in Surfinn website.
You understand and agree that Surfinn does not act as an insurer or as your contracting agent. If a Customer requests a booking of your property/service through our platform, any agreement you enter into with such Customer is between you and the Customer and Surfinn is not a party to it.
- It’s your responsibility to keep this description up to date. Any change of prices, seasons, information, conditions, facilities or any other content shall be immediately updated in Surfinn website. You can login at any time to do that.
- All information provided will only be for the exclusive use of Surfinn and never passed or sold to third parties.
- Any property/service on the Surfinn platform should meet minimum quality standards regarding safety, access, cleanliness and efficiency, and they should be consistent with the description provided by you. In case of failure of any of these parameters, Surfinn assumes no responsibility for any complaint made by the customer nor solving the issue.
It is your responsibility to manage any complaint or solving the issue resulting of failure of any of these parameters.
It is also of your responsibility to provide any necessary help, information and use reasonable efforts to find a solution to the complaint’s issue.
- In case of any complaint from customer we encourage you to contact us by email and expose the nature of the complaint. We will be glad to provide any necessary help, information and use reasonable efforts to solve the dispute and find a solution to the issue.
Most of the times, issues that your customers may have are quickly solved when you communicate with each other and work things out together. So make sure to get in touch with your customer immediately and find a reasonable solution, before contacting us. If your customer is unhappy, in most cases, small issues are solved instantly.
- If any refund or compensation of any kind is settled between you and the customer, it is of your responsibility to honor that agreement. You cannot talk on Surfinn’s behalf on any agreement between you and the customer.
- Surfinn will assume its due responsibility in case of any error of our own service. We expect you to provide the same way any necessary help, information and use reasonable efforts to find a solution to the issue.
- You (Owner) should encourage customers to leave comments in your listing page on Surfinn’s website that are honest, clear, and helpful to other customers. Therefore, we prohibit:
1. Advertising or other commercial content.
2. Mention the commercial name of your property/service on public texts in our website. The commercial name and all the detailed information about your property/service will be sent to costumers only after reservation confirmation.
3. Content that approves or promotes illegal or harmful activity or violence, or is discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, obscene or profane.
4. Religious, political, or social commentary.
5. Pretend to be another property/service.
6. Content that is false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive.
7. Content that violates another person, property, service or entity’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights or honor. (ex: publishing another person’s full name, address or other identifying information without permission).
8. Reviews that do not represent users’ personal experience.
- All images of your property/service should be as neutral as possible (Photos with the name or logo of your property/service may not be used). You agree that Surfinn may use those images for advertising, marketing, commercial and other business purposes in any media or platform, whether in relation to your Listing or otherwise, without further notice or compensation.
- You must have the legal rights of the provided photos.
- All payments that we received from customers are processed by PayPal Inc. Therefore we don’t keep any credit card or financial information about our customers.
- If you host or provide a service to anyone who you feel is acting or has acted inappropriately, including offensive, violent or sexually inappropriate behavior, you suspect of stealing from you or from others, or engages in any other disturbing conduct, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities.
- We may, in our discretion and without liability to you, with or without cause, with or without prior notice and at any time, decide to limit, suspend, deactivate or cancel your Listing.
