Foz do Arelho is a quiet town in a privileged location in between the beach and Obidos Lagoon. Get lost in this maze of narrow cobblestone streets and small squares plenty of beautiful whitewashed houses and old monuments on each corner.
In the past, Obidos was a leading merchant harbour until the 16th century, when river access to the sea was naturally shifted. This way, the town lost importance and its development ended, remaining pretty much the same ever since. Nowadays, the peaceful waters of the Obidos Lagoon have become one of the best surf spots in Portugal.

The surf camp is located in a small fishing village a few minutes from the beach. Its surroundings make it a great opportunity to escape the busy city life and go for surf vacations in Portugal within a relaxing and cool atmosphere plenty of good vibes.
On the first floor there are 5 rooms with two twin beds and private bathroom and a unique colourful decoration. On the ground floor there is the bar and terrace where you can take your breakfast, listen to music, watch TV, surf movies and enjoy the evening with your friends.

If your purpose is learning kite surfing, so ahead up to the lagoon you'll find perfect conditions due to the fact of having approximately 1 meter deep in almost all its extension! If you're an expert, we advise you to surf down the lagoon and hit the waves!
