The Western shore of Algarve is still one of the few remaining wild and not crowded coasts in Europe with kite and surf spots surrounded by amazing scenery and no real estate resorts in sight. A day at the Kite & Surf Camp starts with a nice complete breakfast. Then we load up the van and here we go for the best spot around. Every session is daily programmed according to day's wind and swell conditions.
The house has five double and dorm-bedrooms and a cosy lounge with wifi-internet and cable TV. All meals except breakfast are self-catered in the fully equipped kitchen or you can also fire up the BBQ in the patio for outside meals. If you rather eat out you will find lots of great restaurants and snackbars in the center of town only a three minute walk from the kitehouse. Our kite spot is a big lagoon very close to Lagos. This spot has been chosen by the PKRA to held the Kiteboarding Pro Tour once a year!
In a traditional daily school schedule we take our clients by boat to an island in the middle of the lagoon and start pumpin the kites! This wondeful place offers steady wind and lots of room for maximum safety and perfect learning conditions. Beginners to experts love the flat, warm water around the island.
Depending on the tides the water is between knee and shoulder deep making it easy to learn the basics of kiteboarding. Steady north wind called “Nortada” speed up to 20 knots only in this spot, while other parts of the Algarve are calm!

All lessons are daily programmed according to the level of our students. Our kite instructors are certified and well-trained IKO and VDWS-Instructors with precise knowledge of local conditions.
Up-to-date teaching methods are supported by waterproof walkie-talkies, boat assistance and teaching with video camera guarantee you safe and fast learning! Classes have no more than 4 students per teacher so that  you have teacher's full atention.
Because safety is always our first concern, for advanced kiteboarders with own equipment we offer a rescue and shuttle service on the kite lagoon.
